UMA ANÁLISE DA RELAÇÃO ENTRE O SUPORTE ORGANIZACIONAL PERCEBIDO, A EXAUSTÃO EMOCIONAL E O SILÊNCIO DO TRABALHADOR
Resumo
O objetivo da presente pesquisa foi analisar a relação entre o suporte organizacional percebido, a exaustão emocional do trabalhador e o silêncio organizacional. Para isso, realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva de caráter quantitativo. Para coleta de dados, conduziu-se uma survey e, para análise, utilizou-se a técnica de Modelagem de Equações Estruturais. Com base nos resultados obtidos, constatou-se que, quando a organização oferece suporte apropriado a seus empregados, diminui a exaustão emocional que eles experimentam em decorrência do trabalho, assim como sua disposição de permanecer em silêncio, retendo informações relevantes, ideias e sugestões de melhoria. Ademais, concluiu-se que a exaustão emocional estimula o silêncio organizacional, que, por sua vez, agrava a exaustão emocional, instituindo-se, assim, um ciclo pernicioso. A contribuição que pode ser atribuída a esta pesquisa reside em dois pontos principais que sintetizam seu ineditismo: o fato de que foram correlacionados construtos cuja relação ainda carece de investigação para ser devidamente elucidada e a constatação de que entre o silêncio organizacional e a exaustão emocional existe uma relação de influência mútua.Referências
